Disney has Synergy, NBCU has Symphony, but Paramount Global did a great job of vertically integrating CBS syndicated and Paramount+ star, Drew Barrymore of The Drew Barrymore Show, for their AVOD streaming service, Pluto TV.

It’s not surprising that Paramount Global would choose to launch a live-action campaign for PlutoTV, based on the success of their “Mountain of Entertainment” live-action launch (and on-going) campaign for Paramount+. It’s a great way to cut through the clutter of clip-based montages that most streamers use to promote their services.
